Racing Genk manager Thorsten Fink has hailed the club’s Tolu inspired victory at Beerschot – Genk’s first in more than a decade

After losing both of their last two trips to Beerschot with a 7-2 aggregate scoreline, Genk knew they would need to work hard for a positive result at the Olympisch Stadion

 

 

Before kickoff, the 23-year-old had managed two goals in each of his last two games, including a crucial equaliser in a comeback 3-2 win over champions Club Brugge

 

 

Coach Fink admits Genk’s defensive frailties need to be addressed but the gaffer was equally full of praise for his side’s attacking output that helped secure a historic win on a difficult ground.
